Happy Birthday Ben!

For Ben's recent 31st birthday, Ben's sister Amanda and I made a huge denim quilt (backed with fleece) then Mom B, Bonnie, and Millie helped us tie it. Ben has wanted one for a LONG time. He loves the weight of heavy blankets while he sleeps.

I'm pleased with how it turned out. It has a dark blue border all the way around and lots of sentimental patches.

When the weather warms up a bit, I intend to lay it out in the yard and get a picture of the whole thing. My house is just too small to attempt such a thing indoors.
