Kids' Cute Stuff I Haven't Posted Yet

On the roads around Snowbasin, the snow gets so deep it's apparently difficult to plow. So they use a giant snow-blower vehicle to deal with it instead. As we were traversing between the 6ft-ish carved out walls of snow, Smarty made the comment that it looked like we were driving through a birthday cake! Apropos, don't you think?

Another Smarty observation came on a Sunday afternoon at the Reeders'. Grandma and the boys were playing their bizarre version of free-for-all air hockey where everyone in the room has a paddle, all disks are on the table, and the point is to just do a lot of smacking. At one point, two disks went in a goal at the same time. Smarty thought that was hilarious and stopped the game to hold up one disk and comment, "He knocked his brother in."

Sweety made us all giggle recently too.

I don't know about you all, but we generally clean DVD's by breathing moist breath on them and rubbing them with our clothes. I know this is not a great practice, but c'est la vie. The other day, Sweety was having trouble getting a VHS (yes, we still have them, and love them) to play, so he ejected the cassette, breathed on it, and rubbed it on his shirt! The funny thing is, it actually seemed to work better after that!

So that's it for now. Perhaps as my brainpower returns to normal functioning levels (I'm on vacation at the moment), I'll remember more cute stories from the past few months. In the meantime, stay tuned for our amazing trip to Hawaii last March and the ongoing saga of the flooding Weber River--which is right by our house. :/

I'm Done, I'm Done, I'm DONE!!!

Hooray, hooray!! I've finished my toughest semester, ever!!

Halle-freakin-lujah!!

Now I only need an internship, and I will be a bachelor degree holder...and it only took me thirteen years.

Few! No wonder I'm tired.

BTW, thanks for the gorgeous flowers, Mom B.
I've really enjoyed them.
