Large Shoes to Fill

Ben recently mourned the loss of his very favorite pair of boots. These were first owned by his grandpa and handed down to Ben when he died. Ben shared the same shape feet with his grandpa--9 triple wide, which means they're almost exactly cubed--so these boots were perfect for Ben from day one.

Ben has had them resoled and repaired like four times. But the hole in the side of Lefty has finally grown too large to fix or ignore. So we will finally bid these beloved boots farewell and fondly remember the man who broke them in for Ben.
